Cancellation Policy

At Tranquil Body Studio, we value your time and our commitment to delivering top-tier service. Please review our booking policy before scheduling: 📅 Appointments • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This goes toward your total balance. • No deposit = No appointment. 🕒 Arrivals & Lateness • Please arrive 10 minutes early to complete any paperwork and get settled. • If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will be canceled. A new deposit will be required to reschedule. ❌ Cancellations / Rescheduling • We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. • No-call/no-shows will not be allowed to rebook without full prepayment. 💳 Payments • Remaining balances are due at the time of service. • No refunds on services or packages already rendered. ⚠️ Policies Are Strictly Enforced By booking with us, you agree to these terms.
